Carpet Culture Org, founded in April 2017, is the charitable arm of Carpet Culture, a handmade rug making and rug cleaning company located in SoHo, New York. Javaid Bhat, the president of the Carpet Culture & Rugs Inc., aimed to help and support the helpless people to create the world a better place.
Javaid Bhat, one of the youngest industrialist from North India migrated to New Delhi in 1988 due to political turmoil in Kashmir Valley. After serving 29 countries all over the world as a Rug Designer, his journey led him to Soho NYC, the historical architectural district of Downtown Manhattan, where he became the founder of Carpet Culture. With his commitment to offering extra-ordinary Services, Quality Rugs, Custom Designs and superb Customer Service, Javaid turned Carpet Culture into a household name in the interior design and architectural community. The gallery is located on Broome Street, in the heart of Soho, New York City.
After serving in this for a long time, he felt to do something for the people who doesn’t have proper support and help whether they are in US or outside, he wanted to help. Keeping this in mind, along with his daughter Sheena, he founded Carpet Culture Org, a non profit organization.
This organization is the first step towards a better future where this organization can bring smile to thousands of faces and bring life and joy among them.
